How To Apply

Applying Paramao Oil

Paramao Root Oil - Massage oil providing Fast and Effective Relief

Apply and Rub in.

Massage a generous amount onto the any area of your body for 2-3 mins, 2-3 times a day. See notes below for hand soak.

Muscle Stiffness & Joint Pain

Rub a sufficient amount of Paramao Root Oil onto the affected area. Massage in for 3-5 mins. If you want heat use after a hot shower, it will only heat up depending on body heat. A heat pack may be used prior or after to promote heat if a shower is not convenient.

Arthritis & Osteo Arthritis

Massage a generous amount onto the affected area for 1-2 mins, repeat 5 minutes later 2-3 times a day.

Burns & Sunburn

Apply a light layer of oil to the affected area and leave on for a few hours. May be left on through the night. It may be a little hot but this will soon subside and the sting will be relieved. 2 more applications and you should not blister or peal.

Coughs & Colds

Rub a generous amount of Paramao on your chest and the base of your feet until the oil is absorbed. Inhaling the aroma of the oil will help relieve that dreaded cough. Put half a cap full of oil in a bowl of boiling water, place a towel over your head and inhale for a few mins.

Cuts & Wounds

Apply a light layer to affected area. It may sting but will subside soon and promote healing.

Eczema

Apply a light layer to the affected area. May sting on open and raw areas but will subside and promote your bodies natural repair.

​Flea Repellent 

Spray on your dog/horse and massage or comb in over their coat to help prevent and kill fleas.

Headache

Apply to the base/nape of your head for 1-2 mins and. up the back sides of the neck. Now Apply a small amount of oil on 2-3 fingers and massage gently into the forehead and temples 5-6 times. Take time out to relax.

Mosquito Bites

Apply a light layer of Paramao Oil to the affected area. You should feel the itch disappear shortly after it is applied.

Muscle Stiffness & Joint Pain

Rub a sufficient amount of Paramao Oil onto the affected area. Rub in for 1-2 mins. Be aware it will heat more after a hot shower and will always only heat depending on depending on body heat. A heat pack may also be used prior or after to promote heat.

Plantar Fasciitis

Rub into the area of your foot that is giving the pain 2 mins 2-3 times a day. See note below for foot soak.

Note: For best results Paramao Root Oil can be used as many times a day as you need.

Put 1 capful in hot water and soak hands or feet for 20 mins. Dry well with towel. This will help reduce the inflammation and you will feel the difference!
